National Drone & Aerospace Innovation Expo 2026 (NDAIE 2026)

Nigeria stands at the beginning of a new era in aviation, aerospace technology, and unmanned systems. Across the country, young engineers, researchers, and innovators are developing ideas in drone technology, robotics, artificial intelligence, aerospace design, and emerging flight systems. However, without strong connections between universities, industry, government, and investors, many of these innovations remain disconnected from the opportunities required to transform them into real-world solutions. The National Drone & Aerospace Innovation Expo 2026 (NDAIE 2026) is established to bridge this gap. Organized by the National Aerospace Students Society Nigeria (NASS Nigeria) in partnership with FIDA Nigeria Drone Soccer, NDAIE 2026 will serve as a national platform bringing together students, aviation professionals, government institutions, technology companies, researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors to explore the future of flight and aerospace innovation. Scheduled for 27 -28 November 2026 at Lagos, Nigeria, the two-day event will combine a technology exhibition, aerospace conference, national competitions, career development opportunities, research presentations, and the National Aerospace Innovation Award Night. Unlike a conventional student programme, NDAIE 2026 is designed as an ecosystem-building initiative. It provides companies and government organizations with direct access to emerging engineering talent, innovative student projects, and future professionals who will contribute to Nigeria’s aviation and technology sectors.
