One team lead or author should submit this form on behalf of the entry. NASS membership is welcome but not required.

Drone Soccer: The team lead submits one entry for the team and must be one of its five players. Upload one clear headshot for each player. Each team may name one coach. A player or coach may not be registered with more than one team.
